Training
Design Thinking for Developing Services and Agent Workflows
Half a day to 1 day · Teams, managers and service owners who want to develop services, ways of working or customer experience more systematically · By agreement
Language: Trainings are delivered preferably in Estonian; when needed, we can also run them in English.
A design thinking workshop helps bring an abstract development or change idea back to people’s actual experience: who uses it, where the obstacle appears, what the agent does and what the human must genuinely see before the solution is built.
The training is led by Maria Kiisküla, founder of Mustkriit. The Kvantliblikas framework ties the workshop to the themes of future work, AI and organisational change, so that design thinking does not remain a creative exercise but becomes a practical tool for deciding, visualising and experimenting.
This is the first view in the enterprise trilogy: before choosing models or assessing risks, the team has to see what the human and the agent do together and in whose experience the workflow actually changes.
Topics
- Mapping the view of the user, the client, the worker and the AI agent
- Putting the problem precisely into words before choosing a solution
- Making the human and agent workflow visible: where help, confusion or risk arises
- Rapid prototyping and prioritisation of ideas
- Gathering feedback in a way that helps you decide
- How to carry the workshop result through to the next experiment or development step
Outcome
Participants leave with a shared problem map, a map of the human and agent workflow, first prototype ideas and a plan for the next experiment. The focus is practical enough to be used for developing a service, an internal work process or the customer experience alike.
