What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of the message you enter. No other personal data is collected without your knowledge.

How the data is used

The data is used only to prepare and reply to your inquiry. It is not sold. The AI provider named below processes the latest training-inquiry message only to the extent needed for that function.

How long data is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the communication, generally up to 24 months, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data is held about you and to request correction or deletion. For that, write to jaan.suld@gmail.com.

Training inquiry data

The training inquiry chat form (/koolitused/paring, currently Estonian-only) collects only what you type or confirm yourself: training topic, number of participants, timing, format, location, organisation, contact person, contact email, goal, and extra info. The draft remains in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of the session. When AI assistance is used, your latest message and the current structured form state are sent through a Vercel server function to the configured AI provider: OpenAI or Anthropic. Only one provider is used for a message. The full conversation history is not sent, and the application server does not store or log message content. OpenAI response storage is disabled. The AI provider may still retain abuse-monitoring logs under its API terms; OpenAI's standard period is up to 30 days. OpenAI API data is not used to train models unless the account owner explicitly opts in to data sharing. Before submitting, you can review and edit the exact summary.

The final inquiry is formatted as an email in your browser. “Open email” uses a mailto: link to open your chosen email application; the site itself does not send the message or relay the summary to a third-party form service. The browser-session draft is cleared after the email action is opened. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted.
