The pop-up workshop comes to you: half a day, a small circle of people and the questions your work is actually facing. No generic slides — the materials are made by hand, to fit your situation.
If the topic touches on adopting AI, we map the workflow together with the human: which part the agent can help research, tidy up or speed up, where the human has to decide, and which small experiment genuinely tells you something.
How it works
Before we meet, we spend an hour and a half talking through what the circle will be about — adopting AI, a change in ways of working, or something else entirely. In the workshop short input alternates with discussion, and every participant leaves with one concrete next step. Alongside the discussion a visual working map takes shape, not just a list of notes.
Outcome
In half a day a small team gains a shared language, a map of the human and agent workflow, and a first decision on what to try as soon as next week.
